【摘要】:Theamountofwaterusedinacastablemixforpreparingtestspecimenshasasignificantinfluenceonsubsequenttestresults.Thistestmethodisusedprimarilytodetermineandreproducetheconsistencyrequiredfortheoptimumcastingofrefractorycastablesinthepreparationoftestspecimensandtoexpressthatconsistencyquantitatively.Thecorrectwatercontentisoneofthemajorfactorsthatmustbecontrolledtoobtainuniformtestspecimens.Excesswatercanreducestrength,increasevolumeshrinkage,andpromotesegregationofthecastableingredients.Insufficientwatercanproducex201C;honeycombsx201D;(airvoids)inthecastablebecauseofpoorconsolidationduringplacementandpreventcompletehydrationofcement.Theflowtable(seesketchesinSpecificationC230/C230M)hasbeenfoundtobeanexcellenttoolformeasuringtheconsistencyofacastableandshouldbeusedincaseswhereanumericalresultisrequired.Sincecastablesdiffersomewhatintheirx201C;bodyx201D;orplasticity,ithasbeenfoundthatagoodcastingrange,expressednumerically,mightvaryfromcastabletocastable.Whileonematerialmaycastwellbetween40and60%flow,anothermaterialmayneedtobeinthe60to80%flowrangetoproperlyflow.Becauseofthis,ithasbeenfoundthatnoarbitraryoptimumrangecanbestatedforallcastables.Theflowtablethenbecomesatoolformeasuringtheflowandnotdeterminingit.Itcanallowtheoperatortofollowthemanufacturerrsquo;recommendationsortoreproducetheconsistencyofaparticularcastablebetweenlaboratories.Totaltimeofwetmixingmustbecloselycontrolledtoobtainreproducibleresults.Thistestmethodisnotintendedtobeusedtodeterminetheproperwatercontentforgunningapplications,althoughitmayprovideinformationofvalueforinterpretationbyaskilledoperator.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheprocedurefordeterminingtheconsistencyofcastablerefractorymixesbytheflowtablemethod.1.2Thistestmethodappliestoregularweightcastablerefractories,insulatingcastablerefractories,andcastablerefractoriesthatrequireheavyvibrationforforming,whicharedescribedinClassificationC401.Theyalsoapplytosuchcastablescontainingmetalfibers.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-pound-unitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60255isbasedonIEC61000-4-3,referringtothatpublicationwhereapplicable,andspecifiesthegeneralrequirementsforradiatedelectromagneticfieldimmunitytestsformeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentforpowersystemprotection,includingthecontrol,monitoringandprocessinterfaceequipmentusedwiththosesystems.Theobjectiveofthetestsistoconfirmthattheequipmentundertest(EUT)willoperatecorrectlywhenenergisedandsubjectedtoanelectromagneticfieldfromaradiationsourceoperatingwithinthefrequencyrange80MHzto2,7GHz.NOTE1TheproductstandardIEC60255-22-6(basedonIEC61000-4-6)establishestheimmunityofmeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentoverthefrequencyrangeof0,15MHzto80MHz.NOTE2Thetestmethodsdefinedinthisstandardarestructuredfortheprimaryobjectiveofestablishingadequaterepeatabilityofresultsatvarioustestfacilitiesforqualitativeanalysisofeffects.Thetestmethodsusingaportabletransmitter1arenottakenintoconsiderationherebecausetheEMCdirectivenowspecifiesasweeptest,calibratedfieldstrengthsmustbeusedandtheportabletransmittertestisnotgenerallyreproducible.Therequirementsspecifiedinthisstandardareapplicabletomeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentinanewcondition,andalltestsspecifiedaretypetestsonly.
