【摘要】:Aknowledgeofthesedimentcontentofcrudeoilisimportantbothinrefineryoperationsandincrudeoilcommerce.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofsedimentincrudeoilsbymembranefiltration.Thistestmethodhasbeenvalidatedforcrudeoilswithsedimentsuptoapproximately0.15mass%.1.2Theacceptedunitofmeasureforthistestmethodismass%,butanequationtoconverttovolume%isprovided(seeNote6).1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificwarningstatements,see6.1andAnnexA1.
