【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesproceduresforthemeasurementorestimationandtheassessmentofpersonalexposurestoultravioletradiationemittedbythesun.NOTE1AccordingtoCIE17.4UV-radiationisdefinedasanelectromagneticradiationwithwavelengthbetween100nmand400nm.DuetoatmosphericabsorptiononlysolarUV-radiationinthespectralregionbetween280nmand400nmreachestheearth'ssurfaceinsignificantamounts.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestosolarUV-exposureswhenstayingoutdoors.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletoworkersandtothegeneralpopulation.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytoUV-exposurescausedbyartificialsources,e.g.UV-lamps,weldingarcs.NOTE2PartIofthisEuropeanStandarddealswithUV-exposurescausedbyartificialsources.NOTE3Forradiationemissionsofproductsotherstandardsapply,suchasCIES009forlampsandlampsystems,EN60335-2-27[6]forsunbeds,EN60335-2-59[7]forinsectkillersandEN12198[8]forradiationemissionsofmachinery.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytoradiationexposureswhichconcerntheretinaoftheeyes.NOTE4Ultravioletandvisibleradiationexposuresoftheeyesmayresultinphotochemicaldamagetotheretina(thisisoftencalledthebluelighthazard).Theassociatedactionspectrumcontainsmainlyvisibleradiationandonlyaverysmallcontributionintheultravioletregion.Thedeterminationandassessmentofradiationwhichmayresultinabluelighthazardmaybedoneinaccordancewithpart2ofEN14255[20].
