【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesthebasefunctionalityconsiderednecessaryandcommonthatisprovidedbyneitherthenormativestandardsincorporatedbyreferencenorthenewAPIsspecifiedintheIEC61970-403toIEC61970-4491)genericinterfacestandards.AnapplicationisexpectedtousetheCommonServicesinconjunctionwiththegenericinterfaces.Theseapplicationcategoryindependentinterfacesinclude:?IEC61970-403:GenericDataAccess(GDA)?IEC61970-404:HighSpeedDataAccess(HSDA)?IEC61970-405:GenericEventingandSubscription(GES)?IEC61970-407:TimeSeriesDataAccess(TSDA)Tosupporttheseobjectives,theCommonServicesaredividedintothreecategories:a)ResourceIdentifiers–Acommonwayofidentifyingclasses,classattributes,andobjectinstances.b)ResourceDescription–Acommonwayofencodingvaluesassociatedwithclasses,classattributes,andobjectinstances.c)Views–Acommonwayofpresentingclasses,classattributes,andobjectinstancesviahierarchies.IEC61970-402containsAPIservicesthatareconsideredtobefoundational.Assuch,alltheotherpartsintheIEC61970-4xxseriesassumetheirexistence.Asaresult,theservicesdescribedinIEC61970-402arerequiredforanycomponentthatcomplieswiththeIEC61970-4xxseriesofstandards.ThoughthetargetofthisIECstandardincludesthecontrolcentertechnicaldomain,commonservicesencompassageneralsetofconceptsthatcanbeappliedtomanytypesofsystems.Examplesofthesesystemsinclude:?Distributionmanagementsystems?Workorassetmanagementsystems?Geographicinformationsystems?Outagemanagementsystems?Othertypesofoperationalbusinesssystems.Inrecognitionthattheintegrationbetweenapplicationsintwoormoreofthesesystemsisoftennecessary,theintentofthisspecificationistoaddressgeneralcommonservicerequirementstotheextentthattheyarecommontodifferenttypesofsystemswhileeffectivelyaddressingthecontrolcenterneeds.
