【摘要】:Ground-watermodelinghasbecomeanimportantmethodologyinsupportoftheplanninganddecision-makingprocessesinvolvedinground-watermanagement.Ground-watermodelsprovideananalyticalframeworkforobtaininganunderstandingofthemechanismsandcontrolsofground-watersystemsandtheprocessesthatinfluencetheirquality,especiallythosecausedbyhumaninterventioninsuchsystems.Increasingly,modelsareanintegralpartofwaterresourcesassessment,protection,andrestorationstudies,andprovideessentialandcost-effectivesupportforplanningandscreeningofalternativepolicies,regulations,andengineeringdesignsaffectinggroundwater.Manydifferentground-watermodelingcodesareavailable,eachwiththeirowncapabilities,operationalcharacteristicsandlimitations.Furthermore,eachground-waterprojecthasitsownrequirementswithrespecttomodeling.Therefore,itisimportantthatthemostappropriatecodeisselectedforaparticularproject.Thisisevenmoreimportantforprojectsthatrequireextensivemodeling,orwherecostlydecisionsarebased,inpart,ontheoutcomeofmodeling-basedanalysis.Systematicandcomprehensivedescriptionofprojectrequirementsandcodefeaturesprovidesthenecessarybasisforefficientselectionofaground-watermodelingcode.Thisstandardguideisintendedtoencouragecomprehensiveandconsistentdescriptionofcodecapabilitiesandcoderequirementsinthecodeselectionprocess,aswellasthoroughdocumentationofthecodeselectionprocess.1.1Thisguidecoversasystematicapproachtothedeterminationoftherequirementsforandtheselectionofcomputercodesusedinaground-watermodelingproject.Duetothecomplexnatureoffluidflowandbioticandchemicaltransportinthesubsurface,manydifferentground-watermodelingcodesexist,eachhavingspecificcapabilitiesandlimitations.Furthermore,awidevarietyofsituationsmaybeencounteredinprojectswhereground-watermodelsareused.Determiningthemostappropriatecodeforaparticularapplicationrequiresathoroughanalysisoftheproblemathandandtherequiredandavailableresources,aswellasdetaileddescriptionofthefunctionalityofcandidatecodes.1.2Thecodeselectionprocessdescribedinthisguideconsistsofsystematicanalysisofprojectrequirementsandcarefulevaluationofthematchbetweenprojectneedsandthecapabilitiesofcandidatecodes.Insufficientlydocumentedcapabilitiesofcandidatecodesmayrequireadditionalanalysisofcodefunctionalityaspartofthecodeselectionprocess.Fig.1isprovidedtoassistwiththedeterminationofprojectneedsintermsofcodecapabilities,and,ifnecessary,todeterminecodecapabilities.1.3Thisguideisoneofaseriesofguidesonground-watermodelingcodesandtheirapplications,suchasGuidesD5447,D5490,D5609,D5610,D5611,D5718,andD6025.1.4Thisguideoffersanorganizedcollectionofinformationoraseriesofoptionsanddoesnotrecommendaspecificcourseofaction.Thisguidecannotreplaceeducationorexperienceandshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithprofessionaljudgement.Notallaspectsofthisguidemaybe......
