【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandard:a)outlinesthegeneralprinciplesneededtocall-brateameasurementsystemandtomaintainthat"calibrated"measurementsysteminasta-teofstatisticalcontrol;b)providesabasicmethod--forestimatingalinearcalibrationfunctionundereitheroneoftwoassumptionsrelat-lngtothevariabilityofthemeasurements,--forcheckingtheassumptionoflinearityofthecalibrationfunctionandtheassump-tionsonthevariabilityofthemeasure-ments,and--forestimatingthevalueofanewunknownquantitybytransformingthemeasuredva-luesobtainedonthatquantitywiththeca-librationfunction;c)providesacontrolmethodforextendeduseofacalibrationfunctionfordetectingwhenthecalibrationfunctionneedstobeupdated,andforestimatingtheuncertaintyofthemeas-uredvaluesaftertransformationwiththecalibrationfunction;d)providestwoalternativestothebasicmethodunderspecialconditions;e)illustratesthebasicmethodandthecontrolmethodwithanexample.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletomeas-urementsystemsforwhichreferencematerialsareavailable.Itisapplicabletomeasurementsystemswithanassumedlinearcalibrationfunction.Itoffersame-thodforexaminingtheassumptionoflinearity.Ifitisknownthatthecalibrationfunctionisnonlinear,thenthisInternationalStandardisnotapplicableunlessoneusesthe"bracketingtechnique"de-scribedin8.3.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotmakeadis-tinctionamongthevarioustypesofRMsandcon-sidersthattheacceptedvaluesoftheRMsselectedtocalibratethemeasurementsystemarewithouterror.
