【摘要】:Thistechnicalreportgivesguidelinesforfunctionalsafetyofelectrically-controlleddevicesintendedtobeintegratedinahomecontrolsystem(HCS),asdefinedinIECGuide110.Theseguidelinesalsoapplytosimilarequipmenthavinghomeand/orbuildingcontrolfunctions.AnyreferencetoHCSincludessimilarequipment,suchassensorsandactivatorsforsecurityandenergymanagement.1UserenvironmentThistechnicalreportisconcernedwiththesafetyofpersons,surroundings,livestockanddomesticanimals.Itincludespersonalprotectionagainstelectricshock,effectsofexcessivetemperature,radiation,explosion,implosion,mechanicalstabilityandmovingparts,aswellasprotectionagainstfire.Itcoverssafetybothinhomesandnon-industrialbuildings.(SeeIECGuide104.)Thistechnicalreportspecifiesrequirementsintendedtoensuresafetyfortheuserandlaypersonwhomaycomeintocontactwiththeequipmentand,wherespecificallystated,forservicepersonnel(seeclause1ofIEC60950).AnHCSshouldcomplywiththerequirementsforfunctionalsafetyindicatedinthisreport.Inaddition,theindividualequipmentintegratedintoanHCSshouldcomplywithrelevantproductsafetystandards.2HazardsApplicationofthistechnicalreportisintendedtopreventinjuryordamageduetoanyofthefollowinghazardsthatcouldresultfrommalfunctionorfailureofanHCS:·electricshocks;·energyhazards;·fire;·mechanicalandheathazards;·radiationhazards;·chemicalhazards.Includedissafetyinhomesandnon-industrialbuildingsforpersons,surroundings,livestockanddomesticanimals.

【摘要】:Thebasisforthistestasanindicatorofthelongtermbehavioroffiberreinforcedcompositesisthatelevatedtemperatureandmoisturecontentacceleratetheformationoftheproductsofhydrationofthecementinthematrix,particularlycalciumhydroxide.3.1.1Itisknownthattheinteractionoftheseproductsofhydration,particularlycalciumhydroxide,withthefiberscanhaveamajoreffectonthelong-termpropertiesofthecomposites.3.1.2Theprincipalmechanismthatoccursisthatthecalciumhydroxideformswithinthebundlesoffilamentsthatformtheglassfiberstrand.Thisgraduallybondsthefilamentstogether,whichreducesfilamentpull-out.Thiscausesareductioninthestraincapacityofthecomposite,therebyreducingthestrengthofthecompositeandchangingthecompositefromaductilematerialtoanincreasinglybrittlematerial.3.1.3Acceleratingtheformationofthehydrationproductsacceleratestheirinteractionwiththefibers,henceacceleratingtheagingofthecomposite.Thedatadevelopedfromthistestareusedbyresearchersandmanufacturerstoevaluatethelong-termperformanceofdifferentmixtures,reinforcements,mixturecomponents,andtoprovidedataforthedevelopmentofdesignproceduresforproductsmadefromthesecomposites.3.2.1Therecordeddataalsoprovidesscreeninginformationasnewmatricesandreinforcementsaredeveloped.Theusefulnessofthetestasanindicatoroflongtermcompositeperformanceisvalidiftheonlyreactionsthatareacceleratedarethosethatoccurmoreslowlyundernaturalweathering,hotwatercaninduceeffectsinsomecomposites,forinstancethosecontainingacrylicpolymer,thatmaynotoccurinnaturalweathering.Thistestmethodmaynotbeavalidindicatoroflong-termperformanceofsuchcomposites.1.1Thistestmethodprovidesawayofacceleratingtheagingofglassfiberreinforcedcementitiouscompositesinordertodevelopdatathatwillindicatereal-lifenaturalweatheringperformance.1.2ThecouponspreparedforthistestmethodwillbetestedusingTestMethodC947.1.3Thistestmethodcanbeusedtoagecouponsforothertestmethods.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
